Great experience overall.
Brought my car in to get new tires, they got us booked in very fast and worked with our schedule. They had all the tires done and worked with us on a great price in a timely matter. Had something wrong with one tire a few weeks later and they took care of it quickly with no problems.
It’s been great to work with the Leduc FT location. Our experience with JP, Jamie and their service team over the past 14 months has proven to be an excellent decision for our 70 + Van fleet! In addition to a professional service maintenance approach their rates are very reasonable and well within industry norms for top notch quality !
Bought 2 new vehicles this year and needed tires and rims for both, did some shopping around and had 2 quotes from Fountain tire and Kal Tire, but after the customer service experience here from our advisor Anthony, it was an easy decision to make. Highly recommend this location, very knowledgeable staff who took the time to ensure we were completely satisfied.
I love this place! As a female it's hard to find a place that doesn't try to rip you off because they assume you don't know better. At this place not only do they do amazing work, at a very reasonable price, but the friendliness and attitudes of the employees I've dealt with (especially Jamie and Anthony) over the past few years has been fantastic. I highly recommend this Fountain Tire!
Recently purchased a new set of Dunlop winter tires from this location. Jamie gave me a great price on the tires, was able to coordinate everything efficiently.
They were also accommodating for a late pickup as I wasn't able to make it back before closing, but they still found a way to get me the keys.

The service department is quite good and I can recommend it, but unfortunately, the staff is very racist and exclusionary, and they cannot be described positively in terms of humanity. If you are not born in Canada, don’t come here to work because you will be excluded and treated like a dog. In any case, the court will decide in my case as well because what is going on here is not at all in the tolerant and accepting manner that is customary and accepted by Canadians. I leave it to everyone’s self-respect to decide whether they are happy to leave their money in such a place.
